the mini fridge was non-functioning and reeked—so charming, right? absurdly, no housekeeping was provided, just a friendly ‘send us a photo’ request. after such an inconvenienced stay, an upgrade would have been nice, but apparently, I'm not special enough for that. such a pity, almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Just spent 2 nights in a cozy Small Double Room. The location was perfect for hitting all the sights. Loved the free snacks and the amazing shower was a total lifesaver after walking all day! The instructions for check-in made everything super easy. Highly recommend! 😊

Just spent 3 nights in a beautiful Junior Suite! Perfectly located near Trevi Fountain, stylish decor, and comfy bed. A couple of minor issues with the air conditioning, but overall it was a fantastic stay. Giulio was super responsive.

The rooms were clean and stylishly decorated!

The noise from the hallway made it impossible to relax, especially on our honeymoon. The mini fridge didn’t work well, leaving our drinks lukewarm during a heatwave. Plus, the room looked much larger in the photos, but was cramped in reality.

I had a good experience staying in a lovely room with elegant decor and comfortable bedding. The location allowed for easy access to landmarks, including Gagosian Gallery, making it perfect for exploring. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks provided during my stay. This really added to the comfort of my time there.

There was a minor issue with the shower not having proper shelving for personal items. Also, some umbrellas provided for guests were broken, which could be improved for convenience.

The location was perfect for visiting the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We loved the spacious Junior Suite, and the complementary snacks were a nice surprise for the kids. Our elderly parents found it very accessible too.

My wife thinks a bigger elevator would help families.

We had an awesome time with friends! The location was just a short stroll to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Loved the complimentary snacks and drinks—totally unexpected and made our stay even better. The self-check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun getaway.

The only drawback was that the air conditioning in our room seemed a bit off but it didn't ruin our stay. Just a minor inconvenience.
